Delivery Times
Images to Canvas are despatched in 7-10 days.

If you have not paid the extra for a Saturday delivery then all deliveries are made between 9 am & 5.30 pm Mon-Fri, for which we require a signature.

Returns Policy
As Blank Canvas is a bespoke service, any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements. All 'Pop Art' canvases, 'Collage' canvases and any other 'Special Effects' will be proofed by the customer prior to printing.

Damages
Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving. For weekend deliveries, you may leave a message on our answerphone or email info@blankcanvasuk.co.uk

We advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.

By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order.
