Can I change the colour of the photograph / image?

Can you print my own pictures?
Yes, you can post, email or upload on the site, choosing either in digital format, paper print, negative or slide. Your original will be returned with your canvas.
Do you have a gallery or somewhere I can see examples?

Do you supply to trade?

Which payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?
Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta - through Paypal. Personal cheques are also accepted.
Delivery Address?
We deliver on a weekday between 9 and 5.30 pm so please bear this in mind when providing a delivery address. If you need to change your address either email, call or login using your username and password and change your details right up to the day of despatch, before 10am please.
Do you use my image to wrap round the sides?
Not usually we manipulate it with our software thus keeping your entire image on the front. In some cases if your image is too big for your canvas choice we may use it to create sides, but we will use our experience to gauge and advise if there is a concern.
Can I have a Canvas from any image?
Generally YES, we can create a digital image from your slides, paper photos negatives etc. We have professional scanners to transform them to digital images and can let you have them on CD if requested. If your image is not of the highest quality, we may be able to enhance it and can advise you in advance of any commitment.
If I post an image for scanning to create a Canvas will I get it back?
Absolutely, we post them back with the finished canvas. If for any reason it isn't enclosed just call or email with your address and we will post it out to you.
How long does it take to get my photo put onto Canvas?
Canvas - From receiving cleared funds and approved image, usually within 10 days.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, just email us at info@blankcanvasuk.co.uk or call 01423 565605 for further details and we will confirm carriage fees.
Your personal details?
Your personal details are stored on secure server; you can login to the customer area and change your details at any time including delivery address. If paying online we keep your details for 8 weeks from day of purchase, after which they are then erased.
Is the website secure?
Your payment details are taken via PayPal using industry standard 128bit SSL secured communications and stored on a secure server. There have been no security problems that we are aware of using this system. Your financial details are NOT processed or stored on our server.
